VIIIA (aka VIIIA Events and formerly Send It Events) has annouced is inagrural event taking place on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 23RD on the same aircraft carrier that picked up Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong upon returning from the moon--the USS Hornet in ALAMEDA, CA. Headlining the event is the lengendary house music producer and record label owner, Sharam (of Yoshitoshi Records). In addition to providing one of the most historic venue locations and music that will make you dance all night long, VIIIA will create a cinemactic masterpiece from Sharam's set. Yes, THIS EVENT WILL BE FILMED.
Supporting talent includes Miguel Migs, Tara Brooks, Nick Monaco, Shdws, IceCreams, N808, Willaa B2B Tromme, Brunch Life, and last but not least, San Francisco's own Audiowall.
The event starts promptly at 2PM and carries on until 1AM. Yes, there will be a coat check so feel free to bring your warm coats. Word has it that the team is working on an after party, too, but only time will tell.
