Earlier today the lineup for the 6th annual Outside Lands Music Festival was announced and is sure to be a blast with artists including Paul McCartney, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nine Inch Nails, Phoenix, and Vampire Weekend. The festival takes place in beautiful Golden Gate Park and is a green-conscious event that benefits the San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department. A variety of artist and food vendors that represent the city are present and make for a great weekend of music, food, drinks, art and more. A festival held in one of the United State’s most beautiful city parks during a great time of year, and anualy having a solid lineup, has earned Outside Lands the reputation as being one of the country’s “must see” music festivals. It’s a quick trip into SFO and there is plenty of convenient public transportation to get you on your way. An assortment of tickets go on sale this Thursday, April 18th at 12pm PDT.
