Today kicks off the 3rd annual Shoe Fest in Manteno, IL. If you happen to be in the midwest this weekend and are into a great jam band and roots vibe at a chill location, then you should be at Shoe Fest. A Jamgrass favorite Cornmeal is headlining the festival that includes some midwestern favorites such as Old Shoe, This Must Be The Band, Genome, Zmick, Family Groove Company and Chicago Farmer. The weather is great and the tunes are amazing. Camp-Shaw-Waw-Nas-See is a clean and scenic venue with a small rolling river and shaded campgrounds.
