Due to what the festival is claiming as the inability to acquire their final permit, Moonrise Festival is CANCELLED!! With just under three weeks left until the festival, the unfortunate news was announced to fans today. The two day festival was to be held in Sun Park, just outside downtown Baltimore and had some big acts such as STS9, Pretty Lights, Avicii, Lotus, Papadosio, Porter Robinson, Paper Diamond, Flux Pavilion, Snoop Dogg and many more.
